Misted windows: why they happen
A double glazed unit is two panes of glass sealed together with a gap between them. When the seal fails, moisture gets into the gap and you see mist or water droplets between the panes. Cleaning does not remove it, because it is on the inside of the unit.
In most cases the frame is fine and only the sealed unit needs replacing. That costs less than a new window and takes less time. If a frame is past repair, we will tell you before you spend any money on it.
